This makes me happy

A painting inspired by one of my own postcards.

5"x7" canvas panel
Acrylic paint, mulberry paper, oil pastel, paper towel, receipt, acrylic ink.

    I like this a lot. I tried to figure out what appealled to me. I think it's the simplicity of colour.... and maybe the grunge from the black? Ah who cares why... I just like it!!
